ISSUE:
Richard Lam a renowned singer got the legal notice from the Ministry of communication and multimedia. The notice consists of conditions that lack in this case. The condition and requirement in which the singer’s height must be 175 cm tall according to regulation No: 3. Richard Lam is 169 cm tall that is less than the required regulations. Due to this condition, the singer compelled to give up his career, fame and skills. The law gives fundamental rights, and these laws are against the fundamental rights that protect the individual and his/her rights. The facts are mentioning the violation of individual rights.
