SUMMARY
The theory associated with concrete mix design was carried out in which the use of PFA as partial cement replacement and RBE method were a success. The main objective of the experiment which included to design and batch normal trial mix concrete using PFA and RBE method, performing standard workability test ,performing standard test on concrete samples, redesigning trial mix using observed workability and strength results, analyzing the concrete results for all mixers used by the module cohort were achieved .
All the health precautionary measures were keenly observed during the experiment and mixing was also done properly and all the possible test done on the concrete beam. All the required results for the experiment were recorded down and when compared to the ones allocated to the group they were found to be slightly different in conclusion, all the possible aims and objectives of the experiment are met.

INTRODUCTION
Coming up with a concrete mix involves choosing proper proportions of fine and coarse aggregate, cement and water to produce concrete of specific characteristics. Ingredients such as pulverized fuel ash (PFA), admixtures, and ground granulated blast furnaces slag are used. Workability, strength, density, thermal characteristics, elastic modulus and durability are the common properties of concrete.
The process of mixing must take into consideration those factors with a major effect on the characteristics of concrete but that have minor effect can on the concrete can be ignored .Devising a complex method of mix design requires little point due to factors which pose difficult in measurement or which may remain constant during the entire progress of the job. The theory behind the process involved in this publication is that from the restricted data usually available at the mix design stage ,normally the proportions of mix are obtained in an attempt to obtain concrete with required strength and workability .Due to assumptions made at this stage ,probable this trial mix is unlikely to comply with the requirement hence if necessary adjustment can be made from the trial mix results and information in this publication and used for actual production or prepare a revised trial mix.
