This is a 2-tailed test where the null hypothesis states that there is no significant difference between the means of those provided with the phone app upon entering the park and those who were not provided. The critical value for this test is 0.05. For service quality, we reject the null hypothesis because the t-value is greater than the critical value (2.06>0.05). Also, the p-value is less than the critical p-value (0.044<0.005). There is also a 95% chance that the difference between the mean ranges from 0.03 to 2.03. Therefore, we accept the alternative hypothesis that patrons who use a mobile phone navigation app report higher service quality. However, there is no evidence to conclude that they felt good than those without phones.
