The process of developing or inventing varied categories of services, processes, goods among other things demands that there be a process of critical thinking. That means that a series of merits, as well as, demerits, are argued out, and a most suitable solution is established (D'Alvano & Hidalgo, 2012). Accordingly, there is the need for several people to enter into a process that will ultimately result in a consensus. Further, will also take substantial time and commitment to arrive at a solution.
My group comprises of five people from member A to member E; myself included. We engaged in a comprehensive process of communications. Discussions utilize an unlimited set of creative thinking skills. There were moments when we met and at times we engaged in online communications such as Skype.
Prior to the process of engaging in an active discussion. We decided to choose the best thinking model or framework. After engaging in a very comprehensive process, we decided to consider the Design thinking model (Brown, 2008). The framework respects the art of collaborative thinking, especially because we were working as a group. From a professional point of understanding, the process incorporated identification and definition of an idea. Then, there would be the consideration of multiple options. It is after that that there would be the refining of a selected option. Finally, the group would execute the best option. It is imperative to note that we used some critical and creative thinking tools in a bid to establish a lasting resolution or idea. Amongst these were the lateral thinking, the six thinking hats and brainstorming.
First step: Challenge
The team decided to make an immediate follow up on the task by commencing the meeting after the need to establish the challenge was determined. On 1 April, we met up to familiarize ourselves with what was expected of us. The first step was made when we engaged in a jumpstarting and brainstorming process. The aim was to establish the challenge. Ample utilization of the thinking tools was done. Each member of the group was required to come up with at least one real life challenge. It is out of these ideas that one would be chosen.
The following is an outline of the real life challenges
1 Engaging teenagers in skydiving.'
2 Developing an application titled "Ladies Diary.”
3 Rearing cats in large scale
4 How to teach a dog how to drive
5 Surviving through the Atlantic using a canoe
6 Dancing or a thin rope
Upon choosing the most viable real life challenges, the team decided to use a strict and private way of making choices. All members were supposed to vote on real life challenge, once it was mentioned. That means that votes were tallied sequentially after every real life challenge. That implies that one could vote for the first real life challenge and still vote for the second. The process may have been presumed to be tedious. However, it was necessary for making a complete analysis and exhaustion of the challenges to the best ultimate choice. The approach is quite different because there is a likelihood that several steps to drive the ultimate decision.
Voting was done on a face-to-face basis. Thus, we had to meet and making a procedural voting process. First, we made clear the intentions of using the voting criteria. The voting criteria, hence, will be necessitated at reducing any level of redundancy. In fact, the members of the group unanimously agreed to embrace the voting criteria as proposed by member C from the group. The process was turned into a statistical analysis after the final cast of the vote. That was to make sure that everything to do with voting and choosing the best life challenge. However, a more devised criteria would be that each would give each choice that the members of the group supported two votes. However, it the members was not quite sure about the decision to make, one card was voted in. However, if the members did not approve of the choice, then, the proposed challenge would not get a vote.
After every member had cast their votes, the process of determining the right life challenge then begun. The statistical table below is a clear indication of the most appropriate results.

Send and final tally: the final tally was comprised of three leading real life challenge options. The members of the group had to carry out a second approach that would be final. That implies that the real life challenge that would be chosen to have the highest vote would be the ultimate choice of the group.

On a later date on the 15th of April, the group connected via the Skype and made oral discussions. However, member D was asked to take notes on the thinking model chosen. Remember, the chosen framework was the design thinking model. Accordingly, several issues were outlined following a consensus. There are four particular elements associated with the (Brown, 2008).
* Definition of the merits of engaging teenagers in skydiving
* Increase level of confidence
* Improve quality of life
* Reduced cardiovascular diseases
* Elevated adrenaline
* How to engage the children in skydiving
* Improvising small height positions from which the teenagers can drop from
* Preparing them psychologically for the extreme sport
* Giving ample training from a theoretical and practical approach

The members of the group converged to ensure that they made a choice of the most imperative areas that will need to be critically addressed. Resultantly, the two option were chosen as follows:

* Gaps that ought to get addressed prior to the process of engaging the teenagers in skydiving
Part 2: Explore
Because the group members were preparing for another project, a unanimous decision was made that the group would have to finalize the entire preparations. Therefore, we compiled a uniform mind map that was a reflection of what we agreed after comprehensive discussions. The following is a demonstration of the mind map.

In this context, the mind map was a collective result that showed us what the group thought the outcome of indulging children in skydiving was collective. Therefore, the mind map became a tool that could only be compared with an alternative metric with respect to determining the most feasible dimension in which teenage and skydiving can be considered. Accordingly, there was a new voting session where some ideas concerning skydiving would be considered. The following is a list of the options provided by the members of the group.

For each choice, the members of the group were supposed to give two votes. The option with the highest vote was considered. The tubular representation of the voting and results is implicated below.

Therefore, we decided to pick the first two approaches or ideologies with regards to the dimension in which the children would be introduced to the extreme game of skydiving. Then, a SWOT analysis was done to evaluate the viability of the first two approaches. That was in consideration of the children attitude towards the game.

* Expressing the venture as a fun sport will also increase the level of audience
