Dear Dr. Brown:
I hope this letter finds its way to you seeing that you are a busy man. In it, I wish to convey my appreciation for the time you took to listen to my woes concerning the pain I had been living with as a result of my teeth aches.
For quite some time, I had become a victim of immense suffering thanks to my dental cavities. My teeth problems almost took me to the level of depression. Every other doctor ruled that the solution to my problems was extracting the affected teeth. My physician was opposed to the idea given my diabetic and hypertensive conditions.
When you said that I was suffering from apical periodontitis and that it was possible for a root canal to liberate me from my predicament, I thanked my lucky stars for leading me to my knight in shining armor.
