People who regularly lack a comfortable place to spend their nights are considered as homeless. The rate of homelessness increased tremendously in the United States due to recession leading to increased use of homeless shelters by these people who had no homes to spend their nights.

* Together with the individuals involved in this initiative, visit the homeless shelter and assess the basic primary needs that they lack and how they can be assisted.
* Take into consideration the issues that should be tackled immediately to ensure the shelter runs smoothly.
* Interact with the people in this shelter to gain more insight on their challenges and how they best they think we should deal with the problem.
2. AGREE ON AMOUNT OF FUNDS TO BE RAISED
* Highlight the problems that need to be dealt with as a group.
