In the context of Saudi Arabia, which is a developed country and consider as the center of Middle East, the responsibilities and importance of the nurses are much necessary. Present study aims to investigate the skills, technique and training, which are necessary for the improvement of the nursing and their manager’s qualities. New constructed strategies was valid and to be universalized for various health care departments and would work as a guide for nursing staff (Allah et al, 2020) Implementation of the nurse manager’s competence system, leadership improving, redesigning of managers role and clinical skills should be consider for decision maker (Sandehang & Muthmainnah, 2018). Creativity of the nursing managers is more necessary for management. The most effective challenges faced by them are shortage and deficiencies of nursing staff (Heydari et al, 2021). Program developed for leadership can enhance the skills of the managers (Aqtash et al, 2022). Improvement of patent’s judgment, and to decrease the time pressure in nurses should be done through care they received (Goldsby et al, 2020). Some of the study reveals that there is no significant relationship of job satisfaction with managers in nursing setting (Winston, 2021). Researchers have also revealed that recruitment standards and criteria require much data and factors such as educational level and experiences (Abdollahi et al, 2018). The researcher elaborates that time management is more effective for nurses. Good time management and skills are more effective in functioning and effective to focus on results (Nayak, 2018). Significance of the study Though Saudi Arabia is developed country but still has minimum number of nurses. Saudi Arabia has diverse preparation of nurses working, professional competencies such as critical thinking and research aptitude. Thus it will affect the healthcare services to Saudi Arabia and its people (Feliciano et al, 2021). The researcher concluded that effective conflict management and building of a team can improve toward trust and professional relationship which in turn results in productivity and optimization of patient care (Black, 2018). Present study will investigate the nursing staff, their needs, challenges, selection criteria, and relationship with managers, relationship with patients and its effect on their daily life, their job and its effect on their job performance. Study investigation will elaborate the challenges in different areas, circumstances and also will elaborate with respect to genders both in nurses as well as in patients. Study also elaborates the relationship of nurses and managers with respect to gender and their issues. Aim and objectives Present study has the following aims: * To investigate the nursing, their daily life in healthcare setting. * To find out the issue facing by the nursing staff in healthcare centre. * To find out the relationship between nurses and their managers. * To find out the relationship of nurses with their patients. Research Question * What are the common issues of nursing staff? * What strategies are used by the nursing staff’s managers? * What type of issue these nursing faced and how to minimize these issues? Literature review Allah et al. (2020) explained the developing strategy of nurse manage to manage nursing staff’s work related problems. Based on their findings, they explained that new constructed strategies was valid and to be universalized for various health care departments and would work as a guide for nursing staff. A corresponding study elaborated by Sandehang and Muthmainnah in 2018 to elaborate the improving competencies of Nurse Mangers. They demonstrated that there is a scientific evidence that some of the strategies such as implementation of the nurse managers competence system, leadership improving, redesigning of managers role and clinical skills should be consider for decision maker. A qualitative study conducted by Heydari et al in 2021 at Iran to find out the role of managers at the hospitals. They present that creativity of the nursing managers is more necessary for management. The most effective challenges faced by them are shortage and deficiencies of nursing staff. A study from United Arab Emirates (UAE) demonstrated by Aqtash et al. (2022) to find out the impact of education program on self-reported leadership and management competence among mangers of the nurses. Programs developed for leadership can enhance the skills of the managers. Another corresponding study presented by Silveri from Mexico, in 2018, to find out the improving skills of nurse managers in the Veterans health administration. The research find out that competent nurse managers are important for safe and effective work out for health care centers. Another study elaborated by Goldsby et al in 2020, to explain time management, self- leadership in nurse manager under pressure. Based on the study’s finding, it was indicated that improvement of patent’s judgment, and to decrease the time pressure in nurses should be done through care they received. Winston presents a similar study in 2021, to investigate the improving of nurse manager job satisfaction. Finding from the study reveals that there is no significant relationship of job satisfaction with managers in nursing setting. Wright et al in 2021 demonstrated a study to determine the skills needed by frontline NHS staff to deliver quality improvement. They determined that socio organizational functional and facilitative tasks are more important than quality improvement training, which is best and can used to overcome barriers. Another similar study elaborated by Black in 2018 to explain the conflict management and team building as competencies for nurse mangers to improve retention. The researcher concluded that effective conflict management and building of a team can improve toward trust and professional relationship which in turn results in productivity and optimization of patient care. A study presented by Feliciano et al. from Saudi Arabia, in 2021, to elaborate nurses’ competency in healthcare context. They elaborated that there is positive evaluation of competency in workplace while critical thinking and research aptitude shows the minimum level. the marital status of nurses, their graduation year, length of career, duty timings and nurse patient ratio can affect their competency level. Another similar study presented by Alluhidan et al. in 2020 from Saudi Arabia to elaborate the challenges and policy opportunities nursing. They explained that nursing leadership is very essential and should be planned in all sectors. A corresponding study from Saudi Arabia by Aboshaiqah and Alharbi in 2020 presented to assess the nurse manager’s competencies. They find out that will qualified and will equipped manager are effective. They also explained that some other features which may lead to positive consequences for manager comprises of collaboration, communication skills, decision making and delegation. Alamri et al presented a study in 2022, to explore the barriers and challenges of Saudi Arabian nursing students encounter during their internship. Based on their findings, they find out that there is a negative impact of the lack of support, distrust, improper behavior and absence of preceptor ship program on the nursing internship in clinical setting. Gap of knowledge Present study gap will comprises of different aspect of the study. There are some missing vales, lack of information, ambiguity etc. present study gap also comprise of literature review and secondary data, which may lead to some important aspect to be studied in the future. Some of the strategies should be applied and implement in the further research, which can be better investigate the problem of the nursing staff.
