Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing on behalf of my fellow group members of the Diaz Compean Student Union, to seek assistance and information to plan for the Food Culture 2018 Event. We aspire to hold the event as from the 5th - 7th November from 10:00am to 3:00pm at the 7th Street Plaza. We aim at engaging four handfed students, one hundred of whom are from our university and the other three hundred will be visiting students from other universities.
Our department seeks technical assistance in planning and setting up for the event. We also look forward to receiving advice on training strategies and facilities to be used to make the event more lively, engaging and interactive. This is because beyond educational value, we expect the event to provide networking opportunities for those that attend.
