Expanding their knowledge base through constant training increases their employability in the current competitive environment. In his review, Wimbush explores the concepts of turnover, diversity, and teams and underscores how they relate and affect human resource management. The author ascertains that staff turnover has negative implications on the efficiency, interpersonal relations, behaviors and general performance of employees (Wimbush 433).
