Subject: CURRENT STATUS OF THE ANNUAL REAPPOINTMENT OF COMMITTEES
During the last meeting I appointed out some issues that should be put in place at our next meeting. They include;
A total of nineteen staffs must be recruited into the company.
Appreciation of the new teams who have been selected and let them know their effort in the organisation. The new team will be informed of the new position within three days through an official email. They will have three days to consider the offer and respond to the management team.
Create awareness to the members who have not been selected and let them know that the company still values their energy and loyalty to the organisation. The new members have to learn the new skills and what it takes to work in the company. The company will also ensure that the new members learn how to work with the entire staff and that conflict of any sort does not arise.
I also expect to receive a reply from the newly appointed physicians who decline the appointment to look for an alternative. They should respond in time so that replacement can be found before the program kicks off.
The purpose of this is to encourage teamwork in the hospital which will enhance the workability of every individual. The recruitment which is usually done annually...
