Introduction
Betty is a 79-year-old lady, who later developed stage 4 CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease). She is supported by her husband and daughter (living in the same locality). She also has two grandsons with whom she feels happy. She continuously feels fatigued, nauseating, and itchy skin.
In the second case, Amy and her family have come from a different cultural background. She and her son Eric are comfortable with English and aware of the Australian culture, but her mother, who is primarily looking after her care, is not. His Grandma also has limited knowledge of English and follows their traditional culture. Of late Amy is finding difficulty in remembering things and feeling extremely fatigued. Her condition worsened over time and she is hospitalized.
