In the present world fats and oil are used for both at home and industrial purposes. They are taken in margarine, salad oils, butter, cooking oils and butter as well as in animal feeds, soaps fatty acids, personal products, lubricants, and greases. The areas we can find fats and oils are as follows: edible vegetable oils that are found at homes, palm oils, industrial oils from factories, animal fats from the domestic and wild animals, and marine oils which is obtained from sea mammals. Food form major account for the great portion of the whole world intake of fats and oils. However, there is continuity of shift from local food to industrial feeding, mostly in biodiesel. In Europe, this it has been owed mainly to the bigger use of rapeseed oil for biodiesel manufacture. Soybean oil in South Africa has also improved in use for biodiesel as upshot of country decrees. In addition industrial bids of other oil crops are being further considered and developed. Industrial usages of fats and oils are predictable to endure to rise in Europe. Therefore this paper will critically analyze a research on the fats and oils and their effect to the economy and come up with findings.
Method
At the beginning there, the research was conducted by using sampling method. Various samples were collected from the industry and taken to the analyzer to comprehend on the chemical composition of the fats and the oils produced. From hundred packets produced one was picked for analysis .Therefore from a thousand produced ten samples were used for the analysis. They were further divided into animal and vegetable products for better analysis and for accurate results. Some products were then taken to the people in the local villages to give their feedback after use.in order to get back their response some question were asked orally orally to obtain exact information. The conversation between the villagers and the questionnaire was recorded in the audio recorded for future referral. In addition, some information was written and recorded in the file for further analysis.
The research was conducted for two weeks. The participants who were made available included: consumers, shareholders, casual workers, departmental heads senior and junior assistant managers and the core manager. In the case study of the research the total number of the members involved were one hundred and three members who were fully involved. For the members to be recruited for the research, the following procedure was used
Firstly, planning for the fats and oil majors. Fats and oil majors were encouraged to use the freedom to participate in special opportunities within the area of major, such as directed research to participate in the case study of the selected program and learn related core requirements. Secondly, chances for the volunteer was given and paid positions were created. Volunteers were welcomed, opportunities to get directed research were given to them. Thirdly, current fats and oil teaching assistants. The departmental heads hired to assistants experts who could help in areas of specialization in the research core areas. Lastly, there was creation of interesting fats and oils resources that could attract more people to arise and support more in the achievement of the results required. The participants in the study were being paid per day according to their work that they did. This gave them morale to continue
In the research the customers and the shareholders were important in attainment of accurate information of the study that was required in the research. This was due to direct exposure to goods and services delivered to them. In analysis of the components that make up fats and oil, five experts were allowed to carry out the analysis, twenty experts were put in place to collect data from the customers and shareholders on products and services of the company and two managers to head the progress of the research. In the analysis of the fats and oils, components present were obtained and their quantity recorded. This was important in order to know which component is highly accumulated and its effects.
Procedure
The research had a procedure which was followed in order to attain the targeted goals. To start with with the participants were divided into various groups. These groups included; field analyzers, experts in chemical components analysis, writers, management analyzers, video recorders and questionnaire. Second, analyzed the fats and oil present in the sample the role of the customers was to respond to questionnaires since they were the main consumer of the products and the shareholders participated to give their point of view

From the general view of the usage of the fats and oil worldwide, there were views that were made globally from the results. These included:
