However, there are areas of specialized discoveries for areas of the different professions which people have where there are nine specialist disciplines across which are individual skills and experience, Relations in the organization, Diversification and involvement, the developmental and learning aspect, Growth of the organization and layout, analytics of the people, Sourcing, system of reward and care for talents. (CIPD, 2018). Therefore, this essay will explain the key responsibilities of three areas of specialist knowledge which are learning development, reward and employee relations and what impact or interactions each of these specialists.
In the first place, learning development, which is the most important area in the development of human resources, where it has become the first foundation of development and construction of workers from the areas such as intellectual property and cultural, on the other hand, the side of training. Learning and development are to create a society and an environment for people and organizations to learn and improve. It represents the current and future needs of the organization, as well as how to produce a culture of education that motivates participation in continuing professional development (CIPD, 2018). The plan of learning and delivery requires a mix of learning systems, including face to face, digital and social collaborative training, as well as the application of motivational and behavioral sciences (CIPD, 2018). Training has a distinctive role in the performance of an organizational object by consolidating the excitements of the organization and the workforce (Raja, Khan and Khan, 2011).
