The State of Texas Aviation Board (STAB) has issued a directive to all state aviation authorities to implement and develop a plan to provide 24 hour underground storage tank surveillance within the next six months. The surveillance plan will need to fully comply with all State of Texas and United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirements. To implement and develop the new surveillance plan at HCAA, the existing staff at HCAA will need to modify existing programs in order to accommodate the newly mandated underground storage tank surveillance requirements. The underground storage tank Act provides the authority for the protection of the environment set up by the State, the implementation of the corrective measures and to detect the releases, underground storage tanks (USTs). In many workplaces, employees are generally business tasks separately, but instead work for the team. Efficient HCAA employees works together often; it is wise to invest in developing the integrated teams. Run the team building exercises and mission to promote the unity for HCAA to improve the degree of the workplace, where employees can have cooperation and to strengthen the level of productivity (Branson, 2008). The first footstep in forming a cohesive team by careful selection of the members of the group, when selecting, team members should ensure that a couple of workers ' peers, they get along well. If employees set to individuals they fight or do not seek, through their cooperation, the teams probably will not, succeed. For teams to work in a uniform manner to all members there is need to understand clearly the objectives of the team. The goal is the first mission, which the teams should be committed. Having decided on the final goal, employees will cooperate in working to this end.
Communication is one of the key to successful team building. HCAA supervising team managers should encourage employees to each other on a regular basis. They can also develop methods to support the introduction of their communications, such as e-mail lists, that team members use to communicate easily, the team's uniform members that meet its need to rely on each other (Andrews, 2008). Leaders can contribute to the building of confidence to organize exercises or encourage employees to develop better relationships that extend beyond the workplace, create mutual members, who meet the team.
