Abstract
This study will look at the relationship between motivation and organizational citizenship behavior among different institutions, particularly elementary school paraprofessionals. In doing this, the study will move on to evaluate the three kinds of motivation, namely extrinsic, overall and intrinsic, among employees. The study was founded on two key theoretical frameworks: organizational citizenship behavior and motivation. The key research question is thus: What is the relationship between motivation and organizational citizenship behavior among employees?
This research will help intrinsic and overall psychologists comprehend how motivation and organizational citizenship behavior are related. Quantitative paradigms will be employed to assess if there are any relationships in the variables used in this study. To evaluate the statistics, respondents will be requested to fill two key surveys, one on motivation and the other on organizational citizenship behavior among employees. In statistics that are descriptive, variance analysis ANOVA and the Pearson product moment coefficient correlation (r) will be utilized to determine the strength and existence of these relationships.
