In this field Inquiry research, I interviewed the head of the St Petersburg, Police department Antony Holloway, who is a very educated and well-conversed person on the issues related to the police not only in the Florida region but he has worked in several states. The interview was conducted on 6th November 2017 at 1130 hours through question and answer criteria as agreed upon the interviewee.

In this field inquiry research I will be enquiring about the police brutality and the unresponsive cases the citizens of the St. Petersburg have been complaining pertaining the police. The main focus will be what the police department thinks of this case and what are they doing to ensure there are no future complains on the brutality and unresponsive behavior of the police.

Good morning chief? Would you give a brief information of who you are and what you do in this institution?
Good morning and welcome at St. Petersburg Police department. I am the head of the police in this station and I run all the operation in the city. I have been in service for about 32 years thus attaining the relevance skills and experience. I have been in this post as a chief of police department for about three years now.
What makes you think that you are the best leader in this department and you deserve to head the operation within the organization?
I have been in the operation for long time enough that has acquainted me with skills and knowledge to work in the police department. Furthermore I have attained educational capability in order to help me comfortable in holding this position. I have Bachelor of Arts degree and I went on acquired Master’s in Business Administration. I do believe I have all it takes to be in this post I work now. I have undergone through the executive leadership training program that has given me the ability to lead effectively.
Currently there has been issues with police brutality and unresponsive behavior within the city, what is your take on that?
Many of the accusations which have been levelled against us pertaining police brutality has been false. In our department there are low cases of brutality but many of the cases referred to as brutality in police brutality is not. Many of the victims who say police have been brutal to them they have justified to call for it. For instance, during last year demonstration where we were accused of brutality, the protesters were destructing the business people property within the region and therefore it called for police to use excessive force to prevent the further destruction of the property. Do you call this police brutality? We have taken note of some of the unresponsive behavior from few officer and we have condemned the situation as we investigate the officers.
So there are cases of brutality and unresponsive?
Yes, that is true as no department that can be perfect all time, but in some cases, we have been demonized due to doing what is right for the society even though going against the few. We need to understand clearly what we refer to as police brutality and what instigated it.
What are some of the legal measures which have been put in place to curb the police brutality and unresponsive?
The department has created an oversight authority team that ensures that the police behave...
