The American Counseling Association. (2014), ACA 2014 Codes of Ethic, is a report written by the American Counseling Association (ACA) and that highlights standards required in professional conduct. The ACA 2014 Code of Ethics allows professional practitioners and learners quick accessibility to all codes of ethics. It replaces the previous 2005 edition and incorporates more ethics. It offers new and wide guidelines for preventing imposition of counselor personal values, record keeping distance counseling, confidentiality, and use of technology, dual relationships as well as multiculturalism and diversity.
