Macroeconomics is a section of economics that deals with the behavior and the performance of a country’s economy as a whole. Focusing on how it changes due to certain influencing factors such as unemployment, gross domestic product (GDP) growth rate, interest rates, business cycle, monetary policy and many others.
Uncle Dan who has been a farmer for the last thirty years intends to make a switch to the world of entrepreneurship by converting his hundred acre corn farm into portions, which he wants to build homes for sale and shop for rentals with an aim of making a good profit from them. In order to give him a well assured advice concerning the situation I decided to carry out an intense research of various factors that influences the economy that Uncle Dan may encounter in his intended switch.
