Abstract
The aim of this paper is to present vital guidelines which in the process will prove to be important aspects in the maintenance of intercellular communication development fundamental for a health human body growth (Torday & Rehan, 2012).This is necessary as it minimizes the chances of any hindrances and misinformation which will make human body to even suffer more. The issue is to permit human authority which will prove vital in all aspects of human life reality.
Meaning of cells communication
Cell communication is a term used by scientists that refers to the nature of giving and receiving of cells with itself and the environment .This means that cells depends in the environment for their own survival due to the nature of received and processed information. By receiving the processed information from the environment, cells can communicate with each other openly through chemical and mechanical signals (Torday & Rehan, 2012).Thus, Cell communication with each other is significant in coordinating activities of the multicellular and unicellular organisms.
Cells communication processes
The process which involves Cellular communication entails the passing of signals to individual cells in the environment. It involves cellular signaling processes to maintain cells in the cellular living being. This process is specifically central in the coordination of cellular activities within the unit The process in cells permits transferring of messages from the signaling cells to the receiving cells by the assistance of the signaling molecules. At least every process and activities in our body depends on cell for communication (Lecca, 2013). The activities of growh, cellurar preproduction and tissue repair of the entire organisms depends on cells which usually exists in many sizes and shapes for the coordination of their roles. Each cell holds some sub -cellular arranged organelles which provide vital communications networks within the cell. Organelles typically perform its functions in the same way the human body communicates with the body organs.
Cells are formed when living systems evolve to form a set of atoms which combines to form inorganic particles. The particles further combines to form the cells of life .These formed cells which act as the smallest unit of life of as Single-cell organisms later develops to turn into multi-cell organisms (Lecca, 2013). Through Cell evolution, cells which developed to become multicellular organisms can be traced back many years ago and exists even nowadays. The original found multi-cellular organisms in the earth formed the cellular communities which started to communicate and share their consciousness which helped them to survive in the environment. The entity cells later combined to shape the individual cells. This different forms of exists to cells to work and lives to together in harmony to accomplish the effective cellular communication process. Therefore, in case of any interventions in the cells communication process, the human body always suffers.
Importance of cells communication processes
Individual cell communication in multicellurar organisms is important for a living entity in its contribution towards the provision of genes and life maintenance apparatus. Cells maintain its own existence and contribute vital aspects in the life of multicellurar organism. Cells converse to allow these organisms to coordinate and perform their functions effectively. For instance, a cell in our body allows our muscles to contract when our brain sends a message to aid in contract as a response to immune actions (Lecca, 2013). Cells communication also is vital as it enables a cell to detect and respond to diverse signals in the environment. It allows single-celled organisms to recognize changes in the available nutrient and makes them adapt to the metabolism when needed.
This process is vital as it enables single-celled organisms to exploit the available environmental signals to enable it establish the availability of appropriate sexual associate .The development allows cells to propel signals which enables them to be known to other members of the group. The communication enables multi-celled organisms to exploit their functions among different cells to facilitate straight intercellular signaling. Cells allow the binding of a signal molecule during communication to the receptor of target cells (Lecca, 2013). The communication helps to influences the behavior of different cells to one another. For example, unicellular organisms like yeasts communicate to influence the behaviors of each cell when preparing for sexual mating. For instance, in the endocrine cell, there is a signal molecule known as hormones which allows the transmission of signals in the bloodstream to the target cells for circulation in the body.
Cell-cell recognition is important for the human life as it assists in the embryonic maturity and immune response (Lecca, 2013). Various cells when in the diffusion process, allows cells to discharge local controls that acts to control other cells in the environment. Local regulator cells in animals allow the growth factors components to stimulate the available target cells to ensure growth and multiplication.
Nature of Cells Communication
Cell communication study helps the researchers to comprehend the nature of communication of different signals in the multicellular pathways. Cellular communication provides a stage to the researchers to unravel key components used to uncover the nature of cells communication (Goldstein & Schneider, 2013).Cells communicate through their own chemical signals provides diverse compounds like hormones and neurotransmitters which communicates and sends messages to the entire body. For instance, cells use receptor proteins in or outside the cell to perceive different signals. The chemical signal combines to provide proteins in the receptor that enables the signaling cell to initiate the response. Cells communication enables individual cell with the receptors crucial in the detection of different signals to ensure constant bombardment with organic conversation.
Cellular communication when in the signal transduction pathway enables a succession cellular and molecular change which allows the target cell to collect messages which helps in its response (Goldstein & Schneider, 2013).The transduction pathway is vital for cellular function since they work towards the provision of a mode which facilitates communication within cells. A cell performs their functions by first allowing the signaling cell to produce a signaling molecule which transmits its message to the target cell. Once in the target cell, it works to unite with a receptor protein in the membrane.
This receptor protein works to check the signaling molecule to enable binding for cell signaling transduction. So in the target cell through the process of transduction, signals are relayed and communicated into relay molecule (Goldstein & Schneider, 2013)..In the relay molecule, a protein molecule is triggered in the final stage of the cell signaling to start the response. Here, there is different in response as each individual response depends on the prior message transmitted through the cell.
Mechanism of cells communication
Cell communication mechanism entails different forms of cell signaling which assists the multicellular organisms to influence each other. The multi cellular organisms use different molecules as signals to influence each other. The basic mechanisms in multicellurar organisms are as follows:
Direct Signaling
This cell mechanism occurs in animals Gap junctions and in plants plasmodesmata which acts as connections involving plasma membranes and neighboring cells. The membrane ensures binding of cell unit with the molecules to facilitate interactions. The membrane allows small signaling intracellular molecules to disperse the cells to enable the Small molecules like calcium to shift between cells (Dennis & Bradshaw, 2011).
