Introduction
Individual life constitutes of the three transitional stages that are birth, marriage and death. These are the key trio of someone's life, which are fundamental in growth. However, marriage is excluded since it is usually based on the choice thus someone can decide to marry or not. Since marriage is a choice, the right to exercise it is recognized as a principle of law in Rome times thus has along outstanding ground in the international human rights instruments. Despite clear stipulated laws and the policies which are governing marriages, some girls still go into marriage without clear documentation hence at the end they are being thrown out of the marriage or being subjected to problems. Based on the definition, it is true that the child marriage generally means any set of the union in which both partners who involved in it are less than recognized age that is 18 years and above. This acts of engagement of under-age is a world prodigious and prevalent practices which have been seen in the world in present and the past.
