How did the enlightenment contribute to the creation of the United States
During the 18th Century, enlightenment became widespread in Europe and America. A widespread revolution was taking place in the United States. The enlightenment revolution contributed to America through independence. (2010) p.20. It led to an introduction of a bill of rights, which plays an essential role in people’s freedoms. Religious views became diverse; the churches in America became more. Various protestant factions such as the Presbyterians, Methodists took root in the States. It created an evangelical uprising that split too another group, which comprised of the Anglican Church.
Science took center place in the enlightenment which helped change America though Mathematics, which helped change the economy.
