The Soviet Union operated on the policy of totalitarianism and socialism. This was before it collapsed. This collapse happened in the year 1987 when the last leader of the Soviet Union, Gorbachev, came into power. At this time, the Union was suffering from a great economic depression. He had a game plan; tointroduce glasnost, or freedom of speech as well as run a program of economic reform known as perestroika, or rebuilding.
However, his allowing the citizens to have a freedom of expression led to a havoc. People had pent up anger for years and finally voiced their ideologies. This led to rebellion against Gorbachev and the government form the Baltic regions, and others followed suit. This led to the Soviet Union, which was one governing unit, becoming 15 independent states.

This is an activity perpetrated by the independent soviet union states and has affected countries like Germany, the united states as well as some countries in Europe as well as Asia.
In the United States, this is clearly seen in the petroleum industry where fraudulent groups for the Soviet Union have committed large scale Medicare frauds. They have also found a way of selling gasoline in the United States at lower prices through tax evasion. In Israel is another such group but with different motives. They have designed a mint that counterfeits American dollars. This they use for export to the United States.
The German State has also fallen victim to these crimes. They provide subsidies to the Soviet military troops who instead use these funds to carry out multi-million dollar frauds. Military equipment made by the Soviet is being sold illegally to Arab countries and other nations in the third world countries. This in effect has led to these countries having more war and less security within them.
In conclusion, it is clear to see that the Soviet Union’s collapse did ...
