The application of computer technology, especially the internet, is an essential part of organizations that intends to develop and increase their reputation on the market. Its application works as a tool that organizations use in driving their prosperity and growth. The commercial market in the current world is changing, whereby the internet is used by organizations to make the workplace to be networked, flexible, and competitive. The implementation has enabled improvement of the tasks whereby there has been efficiency, quality decision making, better communication, and acquisition of knowledge (Islam et al. 10). The research aims to investigate how the use of web applications and cloud technologies influence the performance and job satisfaction, and whether employees with remote work feels more comfortable with such workplace organization.
The use of cloud computing in organizations is applied as a virtualized system which enables different functions of the organization to be carried out remotely. Additionally, the use of cloud computing is applied as an automated system management tool, virtualization technology, and workload balancing. The implementation would result in several benefits, which would be beneficial to the individual and the organization to increase satisfaction within the workplace.
