Abstract
This project is aimed at determining the impacts of technology on the development of customer relationship. It seeks to understand the models used by customer centric organizations to improve profits and retain new customers.
The proposed study setting is in a medium urban centre at Kuwait in which survey and case study on telecommunication companies is involved. Therefore, a monkey survey and face to face system of data collection shall be employed. The study problem statement is that there is increased failure of several production organizations to promote customer-centric in their service provision. The research methodology employed is a mixed method that involves qualitative approach for collection of data from the producers and quantitative strategy for gathering quantitative information from the consumers. The results indicated that technology is critical as all organizations that used modern technology in all steps of production and supply retain their loyal clients. Technology helps the clients to learn new products manufactured by their supplies as well as improving the competitive power of the producer in the Market. The online communities help producers to retain clients as they are able to learn from each other.
