Due to its advancement in optimization linear programming have got vast application in health care and other disciplines. According to(Batum,2013) optimization have a wide range of application in health care. This ranges from operational level scheduling decision, workforce scheduling among many others.
For this assignment we aim at solving question 80 and 90 in the course book using two methods of optimization. Namely, maximization and minimization of the subject function subject to the given constraints.
