Christian traditions are termed as a collection of customs that mainly consists of beliefs and practices that are connected to Christianity. Through research work, I came in contact with a book authored by Wright, where I have identified some surprising issues concerning Jesus. Delving into a book titled Simply Christian by Wright, I will highlight some factors that got me surprised as I was reading more about Jesus Christ.
Writing about Jesus has recorded industrial growth for a very long time. This is because his stories have been haunting the imaginations and memories of western culture. Surprising, according to Wright, his country is full of people who have zero or little knowledge about Jesus but are proudly using his name in swearing. However, this is just an example of a backhanded compliment to his cultural impact. Taking America into consideration, a lot of claims about Jesus are still making front-page news. Those claims included, perhaps Jesus married, maybe he did have an idea that he was the son of God, perhaps he neither said nor did what is said in the gospel and so on.
