Introduction
The main aim of the project is to create a system where by a head of a law firm (that has numerous advocates) can add, edit information suspend and delete advocates. The system will also have capabilities to add edit and delete law cases they are being handled by that particular firm. The system will also contain a very important feature of adding, editing and deleting clients. To make is more efficient and effective we will have a functionality to allocate and reallocate cases to advocates when need be. The authorized firm advocates will have the ability to can pending cases and request a case to be closed when done with the case.
Stakeholders
My project targets law firms, whereby the system will allow for the law firm business automation which can save hundreds of hours every year on tedious tasks. Therefore this automation enables the firm users to concentrate on exceptions and resolutions that need complex decision making rather than tedious tasks making sure that the firm employees are satisfied and more productive.
