This statistical article review was based on critical success factors in supply chain management. Statistically, population size which is usually denoted by (N) was 100 companies, this is the total number of companies that the research was to cover. In the article, I understood the statistical concepts and techniques that the author used. Excel database was developed to improve the reliability and legitimacy of the data. Statistical data from the questioners were presented in the database and analysis of the case study was carried out (Li, S., Ragu-Nathan, B., Ragu-Nathan, T. S., & Rao, S. S.2006)
The author made good use of SAS software (statistical analysis system) that is used to analyze and give report on data of a wide range. The statistical analysis indicated that companies come up with new technological ideas every day to improve the quality the product they produce and compete favorably to the technological market. In addition, the borrowing of technological ideas is much frequent among the technological firms.
