Introduction
Leadership is one of the most qualities that affect our life. There is a leader in every country, company, institution, religion and community. Leaders exist to play their important role in every entity in this world. For instance there is a political, spiritual and organizational leader. In particular, leadership plays a very important role in developing the global economy and keeping its growth. In order to remove the barriers of future success of any entity the right or the effective leadership has to be implemented.
In this paper I am going to study the concepts of leadership, and provide full analysis of my personal traits, values, strengths, weaknesses, and skills. Further, this paper includes a development plan for maintaining my long term and short term goals and outlining how to solve my leadership issues and be a good leader in the near future.
