The mission Xerxes food market is to offer the targeted customers with the best quality and variety of fresh, fast foods at affordable prices.
I would wish to obtain a job in the firm identified above as a sales person. In this position, it will be a great pleasure to be associated with the following roles;
* Building high levels of trust and loyalty between the customers and the firm.
* Create a long-lasting impact on the clients.
* Bridging the gap between the needs of the customers and the product.
* Enhance customer’s retention.
Xerxes Food Market has been providing customers with the finest quality fast foods for last period of five years. The business is primarily wholesale to the restaurants in its surrounding environs. The firm buys the products from the suppliers Thus allowing it to pick from the finest assortment of fast foods existing in any location.
Presently, the company makes sales and deliveries to over ninety bistros which project an increase of twenty percent in the recent years. The company is currently targeting to have new bistros as customers in the coming years(Abrams). Expansion of the market for fast foods, making sales directly to the members that bring commitment in the quality delivered makes this segment more attractive. An example of firms that fit in this category include the Justine sea foods, Galitos, and the pizza inns.
The consumers of the first foods are the main clients and the individual employees of the personnel in the firm (Cravens, Le Meunier-FitzHugh, and Piercy). To promote the loyalty of customers, as a sales person am compelled to providing superior products and putting in place platforms that will ensure walk in traffic to the Bistro. Marketing mixes a foundation concept involved in marketing and includes 4P’s (product, price, place, and promotion) which are the huge focus in this section. Being a talented goal-oriented and dynamic individual, working with a team of professionals in the firm to realize organization objectives through further and multi-skill in my career as a sales person. With the help of these skills acquired I will enable the business to make a selection of popular fast foods thus attracting more customers. 
With the practical ability of the company to manage such a big staff, the personnel organization and the structure of the firm reveals that a salesperson who meets the qualification. Thus being a graduate, are given a reward that amounts to $500 in a month thus having the requirements mentioned above I would still make a request for the same amount.By the fact that I am a versatile citizen of this great nation am comfortable rendering my services to the clients in the outlets set up in the states. My job search utilizes the formal and informal channels and networks as this entity depends on the neighborhood effects, generation differences, and traditions that interact with the business cycle. The direct channels include my uncle and my neighbor who works in the firm. The secondary channels are Using the Linked in platform and emails among other online resources.
