Also, our organization can be socially responsible to the community for supporting the disabled like purchasing for them wheel chairs, braille and other equipment that can make their lives more comfortable (Lee & Park, 2009). These activities will help the factory to bond with the society by gaining support as it endeavors in its activities.
Participating in local events
Another way Cheese Cake Factory can get involved in social responsiveness is by offering financial aid to local events such as sports, entertainment, and renovating social amenities. The organization can support local talents for the youth by providing them with sports equipment such as balls, kits, and sponsoring local tournaments. Also, the restaurant can help the society by nurturing other talents like music, since this will assist in preparing a better future for the whole community (Choi & Parsa, 2007).
