The Netflix Company has been facing a problem in its marketing strategies which resulted in many customers unsubscribing from its services. The company also engaged in increasing the product price. In order to correct the current challenges as a loss making that the firm is making, it has sought to undertake a survey. The survey is intended to gather information from the market in order to collect useful information that will assist the firm to develop a better marketing strategy and achieve better as it used to do before. The desired population from which Netflix Company can undertake its survey all its customers who unsubscribed its services with the aim of bringing them back. These customers already know of the firm’s existence and therefore it will be less costly. They only need to determine what are customer’s needs are in terms of prices and the products on offer. It is from these customers that the company was making profits and therefore if it is able to bring them back it will be able to go back into profitability.
