Executive Summary
St Monica Care and Support Trust intend to conduct a mega fundraiser that will incorporate music artists like Justin Bieber and many more. The venue of the event is at Maryland Stadium, located at 90 Stadium Drive in the College Park, Baltimore, Maryland. The purpose of the fundraising event is to raise money that will leverage the vulnerable groups of the society like the orphans, widows, and the youths. The charitable organization is trying to come up with an avenue in which corporates and well-wishers can join donation resources together to bring change in the society without depending on the government. The regular registration is at $50 for adults and $25 for the age bracket below adults. The event also intends to leave an economic legacy to the vulnerable communities like the orphans, widow, and youths that will live the test of time. Hence, the intended $2 million fundraisers will have a positive charitable legacy in the long run. The event organization follows the systematic planning of the individual tasks and duties from the beginning to the end of the concert. The targeted markets are the general citizens of Maryland and the United States at large. However, any person from any geographical location is free to attend provided they are moved with the function. Maximum tapping of attendance follows the central promotional allocation, which is $60,000; this budget is for traditional and online marketing. The event composes of several staffs, including the coordinators of event, equipment, food, funds, and program. However, the most instrumental member is the event coordinator because he links the rest of the coordinators. The specification of an event coordinators includes the ability to respond to every event planning process to completion, this means, they must be good at venue selection, cost determination, event arrangement, and tracking client approvals. Also, a risk management strategy involving crowd management assists in helping the safety of the fundraiser stakeholders.
