“The remarkable alliance between Israel and US has been always above politics”
The prime minister spent early part of his speech outlining the strengths of the Israel relationship as US has always been on Israel side under every circumstance in problems related to politics, economics and even natural disasters. They always respond when called upon by Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. For example when Israel had Camel forest fire, U.S responded to their request for urgent aid.

“No deal is better than a bad deal”- As used by Netanyahu in his speech, audience may wonder how a bad deal may be better and may urge to know the truth. But as Netanyahu tried to show and reveal as bad deal is planned against Iran and those who do business with Iran makes it even more. It means a deal may be bad to one party but to the other party be beneficial.

Refers to source of credibility; it includes practical wisdom, speakers image as good and honest and positive of speaker intention towards the audience.
Netanyahu proved his intelligence by quoting from the books of the bible “ powerful Persian viceroy named Haman, who plotted t destroy the Jewish people some 2,500 years ago but a courageous Jewish woman, queen Esther exposed the plots and gave the Jewish people the right to defend themselves against the enemies”. Netanyahu tried to say for many years they had tried to fight against Iran attacks and are threatened by Iran’s threat for nuclear weapons. He tried to convince the audience that as he stands he has given them courage and he has exposed Iran and they have a right to defend themselves against Iran the enemy. He also quoted from the book of Moses in the bible, telling the audience how Moses led the people from slavery to the gates of the Promised Land and the Moses gave the people. Netanyahu was communicating to his audience and at the same time rescuing them from terror attack from Iran. Netanyahu proved that he is not only concerned with parties but also religious activities in the bible.
“it is good to see you back on your feet”. Netanyahu indicated his positive judgments towards democratic leader Harry Reid, he showed he was wishing him well under what circumstances Reid was going through and Netanyahu is happy about Reid’s’ success.
Netanyahu often used the word “friend” - Many times. And used it to evoke feelings of mutual good will between the audience and the speaker but without giving an impression of blatant manipulation. Netanyahu began his speech by establishing himself as an old and trusted acquaintance. Her spoke of a confidence assurance of a man knows that every one in his audience is already and while heatedly on his side. He adopted this to convey warmth and friendliness, notice how he quickly he too ethos.

Quotes from the bible: this indicated that Netanyahu is a good and an honest man who is religious and is not only concerned about politics but also his religion, showing his religious side and proves trustworthy to the audience and this portrays a good and honest man who knows that God exists.
PATHOS
This is the feeling the speech draws in the listeners mind using a series of feelings and explaining the condition under which each mood is experienced. The speaker makes audience feel the same.
