Negotiation refers to the process of two or more opposing parties discussing their differences to reach solid, considerate grounds. A negotiator also mediator is someone who participates the intervention between the parties at war in order to settle their disputes and conflicts. It’s a negotiators duty to clarify any misunderstandings and come up with solutions to them. But just like any other profession, negotiators need to be aware, when the timing is right to walk straight away from a negotiation, either before a negotiation commences or when it ongoing. In this case, I will point out some factors to consider for a negotiator to walk away from a negotiation deal even before it’s brought to being.
