Introduction
The chief purpose of this document is to present healthcare care industry organizational and management structure. This paper will discuss a healthcare mission statement, its overall organization’s structure, the managing of personnel as well as the use of technology to manage patient services. Within the organizational structure, the paper will emphasize tabularized description of each level of professionals inside the organization. With regards to the mission statement, the paper will place particular attention on its reason for existence. Lastly, the paper will discuss the correlation between the uses of technology as ways of improving patient services.
Hospital organization and duties of various heads within the organization
Organization structure is especial if any organization desires to achieve great things. It is usually a system that comprises of implicit and explicit institutional policies and rules made to frame how particular work responsibilities and roles are coordinated, controlled and delegated. (Investopedia Staff, "Organizational Structure," 2010). The purpose of having an organizational structure is to be able to implement information flow between the levels of management. Additionally, it helps in the implementing of the greater good of bringing people and resources together to create value. As much as there are several different types of organizational structures that are formed to attain the needs of each organization, most of these structures all give a hierarchy that reports to a central location together with particular group executives (Friend, 2016). Below is the organizational structure (Centralized Structure) or plan for the hospital: executive
Chief executive officer (CEO) of health service is at the top of the hierarchy and is the one who leads the entire organization. The individual in this position is the Chief executive officer. The CEO is in charge of the entire hospital and its subsidiaries. The job description for each department in the paragraphs listed below:
Medical services: They have the responsibility of managing services such as organ and radiology, as well as the overall hospital's clinical services. The Nursing services have the responsibility of coordinating and providing patient care. The nursing services are also responsible for educating the public and the patients and also giving them advice when it comes to various forms of health conditions. They are also required to offer support to the family and the patient, especially emotional support. Bulechek, 2012). With regards to clinical Support Service; this department has the responsibility to provide ancillary services that of allied health services which include pharmaceutical support.
Finance department: the financial department is given the duty of putting in order all the related financial activities of the organization, they are also responsible for auditing and accounting, planning, reporting and controls, budgeting, financial management, estimating short and long-term business strategy, Risk management, and the revenue and the hospital's overall corporate finance. The Partnership Department is responsible for maintaining contact with outside agencies to augment innovative technology services to improve the hospital's overall operations. The Clinical division: is one of the largest department within the administration. This section of the hospital is in charge of providing surgical services, cancer treatment, rehabilitation services, conducting research as well as managing the surgical department.
The Clinical division is carried major hospital responsibility, and they are in charge of maintaining above standard outcomes of the whole department. Another important department within the structure is the Support Services Department. This department is in charge of management and administrative operations services. They also handle the Human resources department; staff recruitment, hiring new personnel. They also deal with maintenance of hospital equipment and machinery. Their operations also entail overall engineering, and vehicle fleet management and services.
Hypothetical value and Mission Statement for the healthcare organization and its Rationale

We believe that the Hospital has a core responsibility to:
* Give superior access to health care; service that is superior and well-integrated health care for our community
* As a healthcare facility, we strive to enlarge access for indigent residents in the entire community.
* Harvest a loyal, caring and caring environment for clinical staff, employees and more importantly the patients.
* Nurture growth and knowledge via all-inclusive educational and academic associations.
* Display creativity and stewardship by mounting the resources that are necessary for encouraging the healing and care of our patients (St. Joseph Health, 2017).
The rationale for creating the above mission and value statement is that it should be representative of the core purpose be in existence. According to Bulechek, (2012) employees will benefit from the guidance of the company when the mission statement of that organization is important and clear to them. The mission statement of this hospital is parallel with the above perspective of providing all stakeholders with direction.
Feasibility plan for the employing of allied professionals, physicians and nurses and its rationale
21st Century Solutions Health Care Hospital is going to utilize an HRIS (human resource information system) to hire all the professionals it requires. Each applicant will go through a screening before employment that entails of the references and work history they have had. If the provided references are flagged unsatisfactory, it could result in rejection. Each submission made will be assessed on the grounds of the employees past employment history, experience and ability to perform the essential work occupations. The organization will select the most qualified candidate for each position. Once an application is approved, it will be dispatched on the hospital's official digital platforms such as a website for three days or extra. The HR department will monitor the new applicants and pass on qualifying ones to the hiring manager. The hiring manager will put together a panel of 3 employees for the interview process.
Once the interviews are done, and an applicant is selected, the manager responsible for hiring is required to send the intent to employ into HRIS and inform the human resource additionally, they must include the interview notes. They also must put in HRIS to the appropriate recruiter why the other applicants were not chosen. It is the recruiter's job to inform those applicants they were not chosen either through email or phone call. All employees must attend new employee system-wide orientation (SWO) which runs for two days. Before SWO, the employee is needed to have two affirmative checks of reference, clear a criminal background check and clear a drug testing. The reference checks will be performed by human resources or the hiring manager and kept in the HR file.
The drug screen must be completed within 24 hours of the conditional employment offer. If the applicant lives outside the area, they will have 48 hours to complete it at an approved site. Once hired all employees with being screened for TB and they have to give employee health with immunization records. If there is a need for immunizations needed it will provide at no cost to the employee.
The hospital will need to use the primary source verification in cases where the employee is a staff member who is licensed. Every time the employee is renewing the contract or being hired, the hospital will rerun the employee's name. HR file will document all employees file. At 21st Century Solutions Health Care Hospital, it’s we believe that everyone deserves equal treatment. As a result, we have developed and organized our process of hiring in a way that every applicant will fit at their various positions. This process of recruitment will be the same for allied professionals, nurses and the physicians. All hiring process will be standard from one intake to the other. If there is a consistency of our human resource policies and procedures, there should not be a question of favoritism.
