It has specialized in Airbuses and Boeings. It has its operations categorized into three segments to make sure that it efficiently achieves its goals and functions.
Introduction
This is a case study of the British Airlines. The literature comprises of an analysis of the benefits of technology to the aviation industry and services. Technology has made the systems more sufficient as it has primarily led to the company achieving its visions and missions.
