1. Introduction
The database management system (DBMS) is a practical approach that mainly aids to manage the data in any organisation. Moreover, the DBMS also referred as a tool which can access the data itself, format according to the system along with fields name, record structure and the structure of the file. On the basis of the case study, it has been seen that the Butler Financing Company has mainly suffered from the issues due to have different challenges in the financial spreadsheet. On the other hand, the queries are mostly used to store the information and retrieve them according to the situation. Furthermore, the present context also discussed the role of the entity-relationship diagram to evaluate the proper relationship with the entities. The primary aim of this study is to conduct a database table of Butler Financing Company that store the data and normalize tables, forms, queries.
