This article describes some of the difficulty many nurses experience when transitioning from nursing to a nurse consulting business. While the article focuses on issues of work-life balance, the differences of working for someone else versus working for yourself, marketing, and other business issues the author’s offer of only their personal experience is brief with few or no alternative solutions provided. There is no mention throughout the article of making use of other research about starting a new business and being successful. While relying on the anecdotal advice for their list of issues, the author does reference other business resources such as the Small Business Administration to help with business planning and professional organizations that can help with mentorships. The article is a good resource for those wanting to start their own legal nurse consulting business, a good first advice article even. However, entrepreneurs should also use more business research studies focused on starting a new business, with strategies against known or expected pitfalls and issues new businesses face, and for help on topics the author did not touch in this abbreviated list of lessons learned.

The partnership is one of the global trade deals initiated in 2018 by the countries that border the Pacific. Some of the 11 member countries involved include Vietnam, Mexico, Japan, and Australia. The trade deal also involved the United States, one of the primary contributors until their withdrawal in 2016. President Trump's decision to withdraw from the trade deal affected America's economy because the United States would have improved its annual income by approximately $130 billion. When the United States left the trade deal, it had an advert effect on the global domestic product, which dropped to 14% from 40%. The member states later changed the trade deal to the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership which seeks to improve the economy of the 11 countries involved, especially in the trade and agriculture sectors. Vietnam is expected to significantly benefit from the trade deal because of its low gross domestic product.

The article describes the situation of the Trans-Pacific Agreement after President Trump decided to withdraw from the agreement. The author is specific on the benefits the trade deal has on Canada since it is one of the members. Canada is one of the countries with a unique cultural entertainment industry, and the trade officials from each member state sought to help Canada protect its entertainment industry. Canada was also to benefit from its trade agreements with Japan, especially on car imports and intellectual property provisions to be suspended. The prime minister of Canada termed the trade agreement as to the right deal for the country since it would improve the exports and negotiations with bordering countries such as the United States. The author of the article states that the trade agreement is beneficial for improving the global economy since it would eliminate a significant percentage of tariffs approximated to be $ 13.5 trillion.
