Purpose
The purpose of the conflict management and prevention policy is to understand and the various different alternatives that are available to deal with the various conflict in the workplace in a timely, fair and satisfying manner that favors both the parties that are involved.
When the environment at the workplace is the right and a responsibility to every worker. Therefore, treating people with civility and respect is a very important responsibility that the organization must develop in order to develop and manage the conflicts that may arise from the workplace. Goals
The goal of the conflict management and prevention policy is to resolve the workplace conflict through the proper laid down procedures and regulations that addresses the needs and interest as well as the rights for the workers.
