From chapter four, there is a clear educational structure on how to help one in developing and using the professional self understanding in the world of clinical practice. The book has done a great work of offering sound recommendations involving the methods of dynamic therapy like cognitive behavioral therapy it does not stop there but illustrate on how it can be applied in their daily field of practice.
