Work and satisfaction factors; In the 1980s (Judge et al 2017), this issue began to be more related to its relationship with the quality of life at work, its impact on mental health and the relationships between it and the family, with a growing concern for the personal development of the workforce. Job satisfaction is are positive or rather a pleasant emotional state as a result of subjective perception of the subject's work experiences or as a person's affective response to their work (Barrett 2011). Job satisfaction with the degree to which individuals like their work. In the miner coal, the workers are satisfied that motivation with work performance degree to which rewards satisfy individual expectations and how the individual perceives the relationship between effort and reward.
Finally, another essential definition is that job satisfaction is a group of suitable and unsuitable feelings in which the workers view their job (Judge et al 2017). The concept of Job satisfaction is turning since good feelings grow and lower due to the fact that achievement are covered so that the first intensities are done through the behaviours carried out. The worldwide perspective is known as the people attitude in regards to their job. Henceforth speaking of job satisfaction it implies the attitude of the worker.
The "work climate" is the human and physical environment in which daily work takes place. It influences satisfaction and, therefore, productivity (Olsen et al 2017). It is related to the "know-how" of the manager, with the behaviour of the people; how they conduct work and relations, interaction with the mining of coal, machines that are used and activity of each one. "On the other hand, the work climate must be distinguished, on the other hand, the climate in a meteorological aspect, which would comprehend the climate at work as the group of characteristics which are stable over a given period within a given geographic area. Also, that includes a wide gap of various elements. It isn’t about the "climate that makes" but the characteristics of the "remaining weather" in an given region.
The work environment is not tangible, but it is visible in how the employees of a company interact and that, at the same time, is evident in the way they carry out their daily activities in their workplace (Thakre and Shroff 2016). We can say that it affects and is affected by the events that occur within the organization. To clarify the panorama a bit more, we can mention that a predominant and determining factor of the type of work environment that the organization will have is the system. The company is managed, that is, if the system is very rigid (with much pressure for the mineworkers, little communication) or if it is flexible (allows suggestions, there is much communication from the mineworkers). In short, the work environment represents a link or can be a significant obstac
