The human resource makes the essential part of an organization. In a healthcare unit, smooth operation occurs due to existence of good human resource managers. An health care unit is made up of various sectors that are interconnected and all need to be well maintained for effective medical services delivery. Therefore the human resource management needs to be well organized and highly qualified for it to ensure that the healthcare center has the best set of professionals. The human resource managers are responsible for the hiring and firing of employees. Proper operation of hospital activities is coordinated mainly by human resource management.
