Sexual harassment at the workplace by employees is one of the indiscipline greatly faced by organization management especially the human resource manager. Sexual harassment can normally be explained as a form of discrimination based on the gender including unwanted behavior, conduct regarding sexual harassment or comments. It is essential for the human resource manager to handle search harassment appropriately, and an HR manager, I would handle a conversation with a lady who has been sexually harassed as follows.

Male co-worker name: Joel
Karen: Hi, my name is Karen from the department of information technology. I would request to report that a male co-worker known as Joel is making me and my operations at work very uncomfortable due to his actions.
Me: Hello Karen, a pleasure to meet you. It greatly concerns me that you are facing difficulties caused by another worker. Please express to me, what has Joel done to make your work operations difficult?
Karen: Joel keeps requesting me to go out for dinner after work. He has probably several days requested, and I have kept resisting continuously, but he has declined to accept my resistance.
