Abstract
India, which can also be referred to as the Republic of India, finds itself amongst one of the largest and most populated countries in the world. Its population is estimated to be just over 1.2 Billion citizens. India was able to attain its independence in the year 1947 and today it is regarded as one of the world’s largest democratic counties.
Today, India is able to boast of a steady rise in its GDP that has taken place over the past two decades, coupled with another growth in liberalization. The country and its leaders have been quite welcoming to foreign investors who have come and helped see its economic growth. For a proper understanding of this great nation in its business and economic environment, it will be wise to take a look at both its PESTLE and SWOT analysis. This paper will take a brief look at these two analysis, starting with a brief introduction and explaining what they both stand for.
Introduction
Starting and maintaining a successful business has proven to be quite a demanding task for those who have been able to succeed in various business ventures. In order for investors or entrepreneurs to be successful, it is vital that there business environment be conducive enough to bring them profits. Businesses also have certain rules and regulations that are supposed to be followed to enable the business flourish. In order for a country such as India to be able to do businesses with its people and with foreigners, it has to stable in terms of such factors as political, social, environmental, and economical stride. Over the past few decades, India has been able to make great strides in its effort to compete with the rest of the world on the business front. In order to understand this country in terms of its business environment, it is important break it in form PESTLE and SWOT analysis.
