Executive summary
Snowham international Airport is a British Airport that require to change its operations and this paper is a consultancy report of the initial three tasks that assist in expansion of the Airport. The first task is designing Airport transport system which aim at reducing the time to travel between the three terminals. The budgeted amount is 12 million pounds and here we analyze if possible to accomplish the project in less than 16 million pounds. The second project involve traffic control system upgrade and the project involve how to solve the planning of resource and eliminates problems of improper planning of testing week and go live dates. The third project is about improvement of terminal four. The project analysis also include the analysis of the difference with the actual achievement with planned progress and expectation closure dates.
