Introduction
According to Botham (2009), every community is governed by rules if not regulation, which usually acts as the guide for the community. As a result of the rules and regulations, people are always limited to specific ways of doing things. Botham (2009) further mentions that when someone is restricted, his/her liberty has been compromised. Therefore, liberty can be defined as the degree of being free within the community from domineering restrictions imposed by the community on son’s way of behavior, life or political views. Concerning these few remarks, the following paper seeks to provide a liberty analysis based on Richard Loving v. Virginia
Discussion
Based on the provided case, it is clear that Richard must have eloped with Mildred under the federals law. To some considerable degree, Richard committed himself to the rules and regulations governing marriage (Yamin 48).
