Brand product matrix is a tool that graphically represents all the brands and products sold by a firm. Rows and columns are the main representation in a brand matrix in that the goods that are offered under different brands are represented by the columns, emphasizing on brand product relationship while the current existing brands are represented in rows, with an aim of showing the product brand relationship.
