Abstract
According to business expect from various learning institutions, customer satisfaction is one of the most common and important aspect in any given business or organization. Due to the competitive nature especially in the fast food market, a trade, business or corporate needs to focus on the degree to which customers are satisfied with the businesses’ services and products. This research project is mainly based on the comparative study on the Customer satisfaction at Cook Door restaurants in Cairo, Egypt. Through a detailed research from different academic sources, it is true that the cook door business has been providing quality products and services to satisfy their clients. It therefore means that selecting this case study is relevant and appropriate in the exploration of the customer satisfaction in the fast food industry.
Based on different presumptions and the review of literature, the research would like to opine that the client’s fulfillments are important in the fast food industry. The satisfaction of customers is determined by the following; quality of products and services, promotions, setting of the restaurant etc, the analysis nonfictions also displays that there some common trends that can be used in the measuring the degree of satisfaction (servqual model). The primary research shows that majority customers are satisfied with the overall services in the Cook Door Restaurants. However some of the clients have also mentioned their un-satisfaction on the prices. At the end the researcher would like to opine that the cook door restaurant have been implementing various strategies, policies and practice to satisfy its clients as while as to keep up with the competition from their competitors.
Statement of problem
After graduating from college I would like to get a job in the food and beverage industry, Cook door restaurants. In order for my possibilities in pursuing my dream job, one of my first steps is to convince the managing director of the international company food industries to expand his operations to Cleveland OHIO. In order for me to accomplish this, I will be researching on various and current fast food businesses in
