Abstract
Motivation of employee shows significant parts in all the businesses. It is a rare case that an organization can thrive without ensuring the employees are motivated and expect an attainment of their goals and objectives. The key issue for researching this report was to find the impacts of employee motivation in organizations. The results below show that an organization have to motivate their employees which is a very important role in achieving the goals and objectives while there are limitations if not taken into attention with how they are promoting the employees.

Motivation is an employee’s inherent eagerness on and compel to perform activities in relation to the work. Motivation relates to the inward feeling that make an employee or person to act. The employers have to figure on the ways of how to infuse to the mind of employee satisfaction in work. The factors that make employees motivated in their job may be either intrinsic or extrinsic. Some employers comprehend about providing organization operations environment that encourages satisfaction. It is good to understand about the importance of motivation in achieving the organizational objectives. Some employers even they have inadequate skills and knowhow to ensure environment in the organization promotes employee’s motivation.
